Payment & Refund Policy
Thank you for visiting antiguaseaview.com. We recommend you read and review our refund policy before you request or make a payment for accommodations at Antigua Seaview. When you make a room request, you are not required to make any payment initially. However, once your booking is accepted, you are required to pay a non-refundable booking deposit of 30% to secure your room.
Late cancellations may affect the amount of refund given. If you cancel a booking, all charges associated with the refund are charged to you. Other charges if paid may be subject to refund depending on the terms and conditions. We may choose to submit refunds via check, credit card, debit card, traveler's check or manager's check. We also determine how the refund will be made and the recipient understands the refund may be made in any of the above stated forms.
When a booking is cancelled, the refund policy will take effect and the process will begin. However, refunds will take a minimum of 20 working days after the day the booking is cancelled. Delays may occur due to credit card companies processing time. Bookings cancelled more than 14 days to the booking date are fully refundable. Cancellation of less than 14 days will require the guest to pay the amount of the deposit. Back to booking reservation
